CETIM is participating as a bronze sponsor and member of the thematic panel on ‘Innovation in the water cycle’ at the Congress on Innovation in Construction, Building, Infrastructure and Concessions, to be held in Santander from 1st to 5th June 2026.

From 1st to 5th June, Santander’s Magdalena Palace will become the epicentre of international networking, collaboration and expansion for all stakeholders involved in construction, building, infrastructure and concessions. The first edition of the Innovation Industry Construction Congress (IC2) will take place there, an event organised by the Plataforma Tecnológica Española de la Construcción (PTEC), the University of Cantabria and the Red de Clústeres de la Construcción, which CETIM will sponsor and participate in to showcase our success stories in these areas.
The conference will feature more than 30 thematic sessions within the main themes of the congress: Emerging technologies in construction, Advanced materials and the circular economy, Industrialisation, machinery, automation and robotics; Urban resilience and cultural heritage; Challenges facing construction as a productive sector; Innovation and international cooperation; Start-up ecosystem; Dual technologies, critical infrastructure, security and defence; Sustainability, energy efficiency and resources. The latter topic will be addressed at the round table on Innovation in the water cycle, which CETIM is sponsoring.
The deadline for submitting technical papers is 28 February, so you still have time to participate in IC2 by sending in your innovative projects, success stories, technological solutions or strategic vision on the current challenges facing the sector.
